Founded on December 22, 1997, formerly known as JIAXING City Cooperative BANK, BANK OF JIAXING was the first local joint-stock commercial bank with legal personality in Jiaxing city, based on the original 3 urban credit cooperatives and 6 rural credit cooperatives in Jiaxing City. In June 1998, it was renamed Jiaxing Commercial Bank and in December 2009, it was renamed Jiaxing Bank.
At present, the registered capital of the Bank of Jiaxing is 1.925 billion yuan, with 96 branches under its jurisdiction (including Huzhou branch, Shaoxing branch, Jinhua branch and Wenzhou Branch in Zhejiang Province), and more than 2,200 employees.
